Ordered a pair of adidas trainers and had to return them as they did fit too tight. However, to return them I had to pay for the delivery which was just over £6. This is ridiculous that I have to pay for delivery to my house and then back to them. Still waiting for my refund! This is not customer friendly at all and has put me off purchasing from them again. Would not recommend them. Stay clear if you are unsure about size and may need to return or exchange. Unless you don’t mind paying for return postage.

No free returns. Lost roughly £10 through deliveries when the item was the wrong size. Very slow with refund but coronavirus going on.

Product came really quick and at a great price too. So good in fact I was initially suspicious but football boots arrived as ordered and great quality. Really impressed.

Really pleased with my purchase, and really quick delivery, but not so enthusiastic about the return fees... when you have no option to order multiple sizes to ensure the right fit..I was about to use the returns service recommended, but realised that 2nd class postage would be £2 cheaper!

Still havent recieved my order nearly 3 weeks later terrible service.

I ordered a pair of trainers but I never realised that I had to pay for delivery and also for returns. I wouldn't order again from this company for that reason. There are other companies I could use that provide free delivery and return.

Quality of products wasn't to good. Not to bad price. Not a bad site. Will use again.

I placed an order which at the end said it had not gone through. Checked my banking and they have taken two payments. No confirmation of the order at all. I have tried calling but despite them saying they are open 9am Monday to Friday it says the offices are closed

No delivery, no tracking info, no reply, nothing! I use to wait 1 month without any info about my order. I did not receive any replies to my emails. Finally, after a month they answered that my order is considered "lost in transit" and they refund. I have to notice that before making an order their Customer Service was perfect, but before making the order, which seems as a standard scam behavior!

Had to pay for delivery and return on purchase worth over £100+ and still waiting on refund 1 week later
